Rg Holy Name aka Pastel, white & red, DOB 6/23/22, 49lbs, no official races. CAT SAFE. From her foster mom (and adopter): Pastel is doing really well since we brought her home! She is already asking to go out to potty and has not had an accident inside since getting here. She is eating great and seems to like to play with toys by herself as she picks them up and throws them around. Our Scottie Max likes her and shares his toys with her. We took her muzzle off pretty quickly after they met as there was no reaction from either one. She has slept in our room as she didn’t want to stay in her crate over night, but we put a dog bed in our room and she slept all night with no accidents. I put her in the crate today and she cried at first but then settled down and was quiet and we pretended to leave and she stayed in the crate for over half an hour and never cried after the first few minutes. I think she will be fine to stay in the crate when we go somewhere for dinner or other things. This was a relief as sleeping in our room is fine with us since she is quiet all night. She takes care of business pretty easily when she goes out in the yard but definitely won’t potty on leash – she wants to be loose, which we found out quickly. Over all she is adjusting really well and is a kind, sweet dog. She has come a long way in her time with us.
