Due to a bruised left shoulder three months ago, Porter’s breeder/owner decided he wouldn’t be registered with the NGA or trained to race. GPAD picked him up from his farm in West Virginia on 7/19.
Porter may look like an adult greyhound, but he still has a puppy brain and lots of puppy energy; DOB is 9/11/25. He hasn’t been cat tested so for now, we’re looking for a home with no cats.
We’ll know more about his personality after he’s had some time to settle into his foster home but so far, GPAD’s requirements for a forever home for him are 1) a fenced yard so he can burn off energy and 2) at least one other dog in the house that he can learn/take cues from.
