Buckland King (Kingi), blue brindle, 63lbs., 71 races
DOB 12/9/20
Kingi’s behavioral profile from NZ says he’s been socialized with various size other breed dogs with no undesirable behaviors noted. He’s described as a rather timid boy that prefers to hang out in a calm environment with calm levelheaded dogs and people and would be happiest in a quiet home. He is very sweet once he feels comfortable, knows his name and comes to you when you call him. Kingi really flourishes once he trusts you and is super friendly and loves receiving attention. He needs work on leash walking, as he currently does a lot of weaving from one side to the other.
Kingi’s foster mom wouldn’t describe him as timid at all! She says he has tons of energy, loves to run in the fenced yard and is already becoming a good fetcher. He also loves soft squeaky toys! Kingi is crating well, learning about living in a house and working on remembering the rules laid down by the male & female greyhound in his foster home.
