Bacon Deluxe aka Bacon is a fawn male, 67lbs., DOB 11/7/21, no official races, cat safe. Bacon is being fostered with a confident female greyhound. There is also a greyhound-savvy little girl in the home and Del has been very polite & gentle with her.

From his fosterers: Bacon Deluxe is just as awesome as his name sounds! He is a very sweet, calm boy that loves his pets and playing with toys. He is good on a leash and likes other dogs and humans alike. He’s just 2-1/2 years old, and he does show it! He loves to pick up smelly shoes and carry them around, but he is catching on to house manners. He doesn’t like it when the resident greyhound gets close to his kennel around dinner time, but he is good with sharing pets, beds and toys. He has a helicopter tail to show you when he is excited but keeps all four paws on the ground like a good boy should. Bacon already is great on all floor surfaces and he’s learning how to navigate the stairs. He loves to be with people and our other grey. He crates nicely with encouragement of a treat or food.
From the little girl in his foster home: Bacon’s character traits are relaxed, calm & sweet. Fun facts about Bacon: He is good with other dogs. He does not like dogs being near him while eating. Give him lots of pets! Bacon is a great dog!
