From her foster mom: Classy loves to be with people. Even when given the run of the house, she chooses the dog bed in the dining room, close to where the people are and not close to the two resident greyhounds. Honestly, if we’ve fostered a dog that can be an only, I think Classy is it.
She’s a little too interested in what’s on counters but is easily correctable. She still weaves on walks at times like she’s putting her walker through her agility paces. She eats well, crates well at night, doesn’t get into trouble when given the run of the house. Loves squeak toys and treats. She requires a bit of assistance at times on the going down stairs but is fine going up them. She’s confident, curious, playful and a very, very sweet dog. She definitely has fans here in her foster home – both 4-legged and 2-legged!
Classy will be moving to a foster-with-intent to adopt home very soon, where we’ll see how she does as a solo dog.
